“That the Plaintiff was physically and verbally abusive towards her, that she engaged in repeated acts of aggressive behavior against a law enforcement officer, to whom she was lawfully engaged바카라사이트 in the lawful exercise of her First 바카라사이트Amendment rights, did not violate the conditions of the temporary restraining order,” the judge ruled.

The judge found that none of this was true in his original injunction request against Pizzeria Magalhaes on October 7, 2012, in the case of The Defendant v. Pizzeria Magalhaes (not the same pizzeria).

However, the court added that Pizzeria Magalhaes attorney Tom Stelmach had been on the case and appeared to be the aggressor on the second video.

The judge said that Stelmach had told the police that he wanted the two videos because he was afraid the evidence would be used in a different court case.

The two videos were also provided to the court by a private witness.

The judge also ruled that the officer who had been present during the incident is the only one who may speak on camera.

Stelmach said that if the video doesn’t show the act itself, the judge will have to rule on whether it’s protected First Amendment speech, which Stelmach said would “require that the First Amendment rights of any party and any other party involved be recognized.”
